Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. We also accept CareCredit medical/dental card offers and provide financing for up to 48 months. Call for information 724-224-7888

Insurance

Patients are expected to pay their estimated portion of the cost of service at the time the services are rendered because we cannot guarantee any estimated coverage. We will assist in submitting insurance claims. If there is a balance in an instance where the insurance has paid more or less than the given estimate, we will notify you with a statement and issue a refund if there has been an over-payment.
